Randall Chism joined The K12 Search Group in July 2010 as the Manager of Search Logistics. In this role, he is responsible for managing all the details involved in executing searches including job postings, research, database management, scheduling, billing, and client and candidate correspondence.

Prior to joining The K12 Search Group, Randall worked at The Decurion Corporation in their legal and human resources departments. The Decurion Corporation’s portfolio is comprised of three primary businesses: Pacific Theaters, Robertson Properties Group and ArcLight Cinema Company. While at Decurion, Randall was responsible for processing the monthly medical, vision, and dental insurance for 150+ employees in the corporate office, Hawaii office and multiple theater locations. He also supported two Vice Presidents and created candidate offer letters and consulting contracts, in addition to working closely with the company’s applicant tracking system.

Randall began his career in group web sales for the Practising Law Institute in New York City before relocating to Los Angeles to handle marketing, client management and contracting at Lateral Perspectives. While at Lateral Perspectives, he had the remarkable opportunity to travel abroad to Asia on a business trip visiting China, Hong Kong and Thailand.

Randall graduated with a BS in Communication from Southern Utah University. In his free time he loves to read, cook, go to movies and sing. He is also enjoying learning about and being part of the education reform movement. Randall served a volunteer church mission in Italy for two years in the mid-90s. He recently moved from Los Angeles to Chicago.
